Tree service quoting software for removals and stumps
Price each tree by size and risk, add stump grinding and haul away, and get the job signed while you are still in the yard.
Tree work is priced on size, access and what is underneath. ZoloBid turns those into a written price with your risk charges, so the customer signs the real scope.
How tree services price a job
Tree work is priced per tree, and no two are alike. Size is the start: height and trunk diameter set how much wood there is and how long it takes to bring down. A small ornamental and a tall mature oak are different jobs by an order of magnitude.
Risk and access set the rest. A tree in an open yard can be felled. A tree over a house, a fence or power lines has to be climbed or craned and lowered in pieces, which takes a skilled crew and far more time. If a bucket truck or chipper cannot reach the tree, everything is carried by hand.
What happens to the wood is its own price. Chipping brush and hauling logs costs time and dump fees. Leaving the wood for the customer is cheaper. Stump grinding is priced separately, usually by the diameter of the stump. Storm work is urgent, dangerous, and priced higher for both reasons.
